The heating tube cannot be pulled out). Solving this misconception may lead to improvements in this area, The direction of improvement is not to change the imagination and processing of the heating template, because the core of the heating template is the heating source! Since there are so many drawbacks to the difficult heating tube, what heating method can possibly replace it? The answer is - heat-resistant glass, which can be heated and then transferred to a thermal conductive template.

  So, what are the advantages of heat-resistant glass? Let me elaborate on them above. Heat resistant glass (referring to special glass containing boronic acid and silicic acid components with strong heat resistance, which can withstand the temperature difference changes of cold and hot fusion. The coefficient of thermal expansion (the ratio of glass body expansion caused by temperature advancement) is small, and it is not easy to break even under rapid temperature changes. It has a series of exquisite functions such as low expansion, thermal shock resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and strength. Therefore, the selling price of heat-resistant glass is higher than that of ordinary glass and tempered glass. The heat-resistant glass material has a high operating safety factor and will not experience self explosion phenomena similar to tempered glass; The thermal shrinkage coefficient is small, and it can withstand a large range of rapid temperature changes (≥ 120 ℃) and high temperatures up to 1200 ℃. Heat resistant glass is commonly used in vessels, baby bottles, beakers for practical use, industrial boiler mirrors, and mechanical equipment window glass.
