　　1) Amplitude display:

　　Its function refers to whether the resonance between the ultrasonic oscillator and the steel mold is suitable. Turn the sonic adjustment knob to change the reading. Generally adjust to below 50.

　　2) Ammeter:

　　Indicates the operating current of the ultrasonic wave. The state of resonance between the welding head and the system is generally 0.4 ~ 0.6A, depending on the size of the output power, and the load is determined by the pressure area and the flower wheel and the complexity and size, usually from 1.0 ~ 2.5A.

　　3) Power output:

　　Adjust the output power size, adjust to different file bits, ammeter reading will change.

　　4) Die speed:

　　Adjust the flower wheel speed. The larger the number, the faster the speed; Otherwise, the speed decreases.

　　5) Die speed:

　　Adjust the speed of ultrasonic die. The higher the digit, the faster the speed; Otherwise, the speed decreases.

　　6) Manual/automatic switch:

　　Hit the automatic gear, the flower wheel and steel mold automatic operation; Hit the manual switch, the operation of the flower wheel and steel mold is controlled by the foot pedal of the right foot, step down the foot pedal flower wheel and steel mold to work, release the foot pedal flower wheel and steel mold to stop running.
