In addition, when the power density increases to a certain extent, there will be saturation phenomenon, and the ultrasonic cleaning effect will decrease.

That is, the lower the frequency, the better the cavitation effect, but the louder the noise. On the contrary, the higher the frequency, the worse the cavitation effect and the smaller the noise.

  3, cleaning liquid temperature. Cleaning temperature is an important factor affecting the cleaning speed, the appropriate increase in the temperature of the cleaning solution, can enhance the cavitation capacity, shorten the cleaning time, but over a certain temperature, due to the corresponding increase in steam pressure but the cavitation effect is reduced, so must maintain a certain temperature range, such as water solvent cleaning solution is generally about 45 ° C, trichlorene cleaning solution at about 75 ° C. When choosing a cleaning solution, it is necessary to consider that the viscosity of the cleaning solution should be small and the surface tension should be small to facilitate the cavitation of the cleaning solution.
