  Key one, adjust the air pressure. The air pressure valve is next to the pressure gauge of the embossing machine. Adjust the pressure according to the thickness of the processed material or differences in processing properties (embossing or seam edges). When processing thick materials or embossing, the air pressure should be higher; On the contrary, when using thin materials or seams, the air pressure should be lower. The air pressure is individually adjusted within the range of 25Kg/cm.

  Key two, adjust the sound wave detection of the embossing machine. Press the "Audio Test" switch. If the amplitude display direction rises sharply and exceeds 100, it indicates that the frequency is too far from the resonance point and the "Audio Adjustment" knob needs to be adjusted. Visually inspect the amplitude display of the embossing machine, press the "Audio Test" search switch with the left hand (do not exceed 3 seconds), and turn the "Audio Adjustment" knob with the right hand to adjust the pointer to the low point. If the embossing machine indicator does not decrease but rises during adjustment, rotate in the opposite direction. The reading of the amplitude meter indicator is within 50, and the target reading of the ammeter is below 0.6A, which is the mission point. After adjusting the sound wave, the embossing machine manufacturer needs to tighten the butterfly nut. The adjustment method of the embossing machine has a long-term impact on the character of advancing embossing, so it is important to pay attention to the adjustment of the embossing machine.

  Generally speaking, there are two types of embossing roller processes: plate type and roller type. Different processes have different mission principles. For the electric engraving roller, it is necessary to change the corrosion plate roller or electric engraving roller with a printing screen depth of about 38 microns to a laser plate making roller with a printing screen depth of about 24 microns to 28 microns. The printing plate roller also needs to be made of corrosion-resistant materials, so what I need to do is to have different missions and operating modes. Let me explain in detail. By using steel plates (embossing boards) or rollers (embossing rollers) with different patterns engraved on the leather surface, or imitating certain biological leather grain patterns, embossing machine manufacturers can cover up the original grain defects of the leather, improve the overall situation and beautify it, and advance the cost of operation.
