  Leather embossing machine (also known as high-frequency machine or high-frequency embossing machine) is the preferred equipment for plastic thermal polymerization. It uses high-frequency electric fields to vibrate the internal molecules of plastic, generate heat, and fuse multiple products.

  The embossing principle of the thermoelectric clothing leather embossing machine is simply to use an electric (ultrasonic) heating method to transfer heat from the heating plate to the welding surface of the upper and lower plastic heating materials. Melt the surface, then quickly leave the heating plate, heat the upper and lower heating components, and then melt the melted surface to make it hard and form a whole. The clothing leather embossing machine adopts a full board structure, and the entire machine adopts a frame form, consisting of three major plates: upper, lower, and hot frame. It has a hot type, upper, and lower plastic cold type, and the action is oil/pneumatic. Set up two temperature controllers to adjust the temperature of the upper and lower molds respectively. During welding, it can be set within the range of 0 to 400 according to the actual needs during welding. According to the size of plastic parts, heating power and mold size can be set for welding various plastic parts.
