  Flower roller corrosion technology: Using this technology to form various patterns on the surface of the embossing roller is called etching processing. In the embossing roller industry, it is called etching processing, also known as bite processing or "corrosion processing". In principle, roller corrosion technology is a treatment technique that removes metal from the metal surface by utilizing the erosion effect on the metal surface. The roller etching technology can be divided into three types: electrolytic etching, chemical etching, and photographic etching.

  Electrolytic etching uses a master mold as a conductive cathode and electrolyte as a medium to perform concentrated etching on the parts that need to be processed.

  Chemical etching utilizes a drug-resistant coating to remove etching erosion, focusing on the desired embossing roller area.

  Photoetching technology is the process of evenly forming a layered photosensitive and drug resistant coating on the surface of the embossing roller. Through the original image negative, it is exposed to ultraviolet light, and then subjected to imaging processing to form the desired shape of the drug resistant coating layer. Then, the acid or alkaline solution of the etching bath produces chemical or electrochemical corrosion on the exposed part to dissolve the metal.

  A control cabinet is installed on the side of the mill frame to monitor the processing process. Automatically adjust the speed of the sheet conveyor belt based on the sheet size displayed on the control cabinet. During fixed length grinding and chamfering, the plate conveying speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted through a hydraulic transmission and displayed on the display of the control cabinet.

  The second part mainly consists of conveyor belts, hair dryers, dryers, cleaning machines, etc. The conveyor belt is driven by an electric motor, and the processed plates on all four sides are driven by the conveyor belt for subsequent auxiliary processing. When the board passes through the blowing area, the fan scrapes and blows the upper and lower parts of the board to remove debris and impurities from the surface, and then the board continues to move to the drying area. The drying area consists of a 1m long stainless steel sheet outer cover, which is equipped with a resistance heater and a hot air circulation machine to dry the surface of the sheet. The sheet continues to move forward on the conveyor belt, and the surface is cleaned by the cloth wheel. There are two rotary cloth wheel brushes in the cleaning area, which can manually adjust the pressure to clean the board.
