　　Firstly, when cleaning the bottom wheel of the printing machine, avoid the glue sticking to the bottom wheel. After cleaning, check if there is any glue sticking to the bottom wheel. If there is, wipe it with a dry cloth, otherwise it will directly affect the accuracy of the printing;

　　Secondly, the air source processor on the clothing printing machine needs to be turned off and drained twice a day; Aerosol oil, adjust to 4-5 drops per minute, and turn off the gas when refueling;

　　Thirdly, the emergency stop switch should be used as little as possible during use on the printing machine to avoid affecting the lifespan of the chain, drag chain, and synchronous belt;

　　Fourth: Optical axis (machine movement part), apply butter twice a week;

　　Fifth: Joint head, can drip butter (once a week, 10-20g), engine oil (1-2 drops, 3 days/time).
