　　3. The voltage of this machine is AC220V (± 10%), 50-60Hz. If the voltage fluctuation exceeds this range, it may cause the motor to burn out or the motor speed and torque to decrease.

　　Voltage fluctuations are significant, and it is advisable to install a voltage regulator.

　　4. Test the ultrasound and check if the pointer on the amplitude meter is below 50.

　　The production efficiency of equipment is closely related to the proficiency of operators. Operators with lower proficiency should initially adjust their speed slower to ensure safety.

　　6. Regular inspection of steel molds:

　　1) The parallelism between the plane of the steel mold and the flower wheel is required to be less than 0.02mm, which must be maintained if exceeded. The maintenance work is carried out by the manufacturer.

　　2) Wear or dents on the working surface of the steel mold result in poor melting, and maintenance work is also carried out by the manufacturer.

　　7. Inspection of matching working frequency between steel mold and vibration box:

　　Before each use, it should be checked first. The method is to turn on the power switch and press the "Audio Detection" switch. If one of the following phenomena occurs, the frequency should be corrected.

　　1) Lightly touch the working surface of the steel mold with your hand and feel weak ultrasonic vibration.

　　2) There is an abnormal noise generated.

　　3) The mold head is abnormally hot.

　　4) On the vibration box, the ammeter reading exceeds 1.2A.
