In daily work, many people are not very familiar with the key points to pay attention to during the production process of embossing machine steel bars. Below is a brief explanation of the following ten process flows for manufacturing embossing machine steel bars:
I Install the fully welded inner sleeve into the roller body, and weld the mating junction between the inner end plate and the roller body.
II Blanking: The roller body is made of seamless steel pipe, the shaft is made of 45 round steel, and the end plate is made of Q235 steel plate. A machining allowance of 8mm is reserved according to the drawing dimensions for cutting.
III Weld the reinforcing ribs and two end shafts inside the combined roller body, pay attention to correcting the coaxiality between the two end shafts and the inner sleeve, and only weld the inner end plate on the shaft.
IV Turning processing: Turning the mating surfaces of roller bodies, end plates, and shafts, and processing them according to the H9/f9 mating accuracy.
5、 One end of the steel roller shaft is turned flat on the end face and a standard center hole is drilled.
6、 Install the outer end plate on both ends of the shaft and weld the junction surface between the outer end plate and the shaft and roller body.
VII Anneal the welded roller blank to eliminate internal stress.
8. Correct the static balance of the steel roller.
9、 Turning processing: Rough and fine turning of various parts of the steel roller body to the dimensions required in the drawing. The working surface roughness of the roller body should not exceed 1.6 μ M; The radial runout tolerance of the working surface of the roller on both ends of the shaft support surface (installation position of the rolling bearing) is 0.025mm; The roundness of the working surface of the roller body is 0.036mm; The matching circle of the bearing is processed with a precision of k6. Then frame the center frame and drill the end face to the size.
10、 Process the pattern according to the pattern requirements of the patterned steel roller. Then, a hard chromium layer is plated with a thickness of 0.03-0.05mm.
Only by strictly following the relevant process operations during the production process can the quality of the embossing machine steel rollers be ensured.
