　　The usage method of embossing machine mainly includes the following steps:

　　Connect power supply: First, connect the three-phase power main switch of the embossing machine and turn on the power switch on the machine side control box. If the device has a high cycle switch, do not turn it on temporarily. Then turn on the electric heating power switch, and the vacuum tube and hot mold will start preheating.

　　Install mold: Install insulation on the lower mold auxiliary, install the upper mold on the upper mold terminal, press the trial mold switch, and start debugging the joint position of the upper and lower molds. If the lower mold does not fit well, the lower mold can be moved for adjustment; If the levels are not consistent, adjust the four pillars of the upper mold.

　　Adjust time controller: For high-frequency plastic welding machines, three time controllers need to be adjusted (if it is a foot operated machine, only the high-frequency welding time). The descent time is the compression time of the upper mold, and the welding time is the output time, cooling time, and curing time. These three times should be used flexibly and have no fixed values.

　　Start operation: If adjusting the mold for the first time, you need to adjust the spacing of the same adjustment to the widest. When the above operation takes more than 10-15 minutes and the temperature reaches the required level, turn on the high cycle switch and start the operation test.
