The surface accuracy of the roller manufacturing and the rationality of the internal flow path structure and the processing accuracy will directly affect the quality of plastic products, especially plastic film.   There are many kinds of rollers, and all have their unique role, according to the process flow is divided into calendering stick, press, casting roller, etc., according to the functional use is divided into heating roller, cooling roller, leading roller, supporting roller, etc., according to the structure is divided into seamless steel pipe roller, forging roller, centrifugal casting roller, etc. In short, different processes of plastic products require different rolls. Therefore, as a mirror roller manufacturer, in the process of undertaking mirror roller manufacturing, the corresponding mirror roller should be designed and manufactured according to different products and processes to ensure that the mirror roller plays a normal role in the production process.

  No matter what process method is used, the structure, design, material selection and processing and manufacturing of mirror rollers should meet the following basic requirements:

  1. The mirror roller should have sufficient rigidity to ensure that the bending deformation does not exceed the allowable value under heavy load.

  2. The roller surface should have sufficient hardness, generally requiring HRC above 50 degrees and strong corrosion resistance. The coating has the ability to resist spalling, ensuring that the mirror roller face has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

  3. The working surface of the mirror roller should be finely machined to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface roughness. Roughness should be Ra0.16 or above, no pores or grooves. The working wall thickness of the cylinder should be uniform, otherwise the surface temperature of the cylinder is uneven, which will affect the quality of the product.
