Cleaning method of hot melt adhesive laminating machine.PVC fabric welding machine

　　1、 Heat the hot melt glue machine to working temperature and drain the old glue.

　　2、 Wipe the wall of the hot melt adhesive can with non hair removing fabric or dust-free paper.

　　3、 Add high-temperature resistant cleaning oil (can be purchased from National Starch Company) until 1/2 full, then heat to 120-130C.

　　4、 Remove the spray gun head, move the spare hose to the top of the glue tank and fix it. After refluxing the entire working system for about 1-2 hours, wash out the residual glue. We suggest preparing a spare hose specifically for cleaning glue machines.

　　5、 After draining the cleaning oil from the throat, wipe the wall of the hot melt adhesive can with a lint free cloth or dust-free paper. Add new glue to 1/3 full and heat to the working temperature of the new glue.

　　6、 After melting, reflux the entire working system for about 1-2 hours to wash out residual oil and adhesive. This reflux time can be used to clean the nozzle head.

　　7、 After emptying the cleaning adhesive from the throat, connect the spray gun head, add new adhesive to 1/3 full, and heat it to the working temperature of the new adhesive. After melting, the residual adhesive will be washed out by the spray gun head.

　　8、 Empty the cleaning adhesive. Repeat step (7) at least once.
