　　The production of embossing rolls usually uses seamless steel pipe rolls, which are then processed. Cutting can be divided into turning and welding.

　　Turning: Turning the mating surfaces of the roller body, end plate, and shaft head. Roughly and finely turning each part of the steel roller body according to the drawing requirements, then aligning the frame, turning the end face, and drilling to the size.

　　Welding machine processing: Inner tube welding of the roller body: Correct the coaxiality between the shaft and the inner sleeves at both ends, and only weld the inner end plate of the shaft head. Connect the welding inner plate to the roller body and install the welding machine at the connection of the roller body.

　　Install the outer end plates on the shafts at both ends and connect the welded outer end plates to the joint surfaces of the shaft and roller bodies. Next is annealing and drilling. Anneal the roller blank to eliminate internal stress, with the head of the roller shaft head flat and drill a hole in the middle of the hole. After the pattern processing is completed, the pattern can be processed on the surface of the drum according to the customer's pattern requirements, and then equipped with high-tech laser machinery and carving equipment. The production process is excellent and the lines are clear.
