The next step is composite: it enters the composite part through EPC gas-liquid correction and adheres to the substrate of the second unwinding part, achieving the composite process. After cooling the coil, the overall production and processing of the substrate are completed. The following issues should be noted during production. Adjust the flatness of the substrate by adjusting the position of the deflection roller. Adjust the composite pressure between the two composite rollers by adjusting the relative distance between them.

  During the use of a dry laminating machine, increasing the amount of adhesive applied may result in insufficient or partially uncoated adhesive on the surface of the substrate, making it difficult for the two substrates to adhere during lamination. Whether the temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the adhesion strength of the composite film. When the coating substrate is dried, if it is heated too high or steamed at high temperatures, the surface of the adhesive will be carbonized, thereby damaging the adhesive's bonding ability. If the drying temperature is too low, the adhesive will not cure thoroughly, the adhesive's viscosity is poor, and the composite is not strong. After a period of time, bubbles are easily formed in the composite film, which can damage the composite quality of the product.
