　　5. Ensure safety during board replacement. During the operation of the elevator, notify other board replacement personnel to ensure that all limbs of the personnel leave the operating platform, and that there are no other objects on the embossed board or ironing plate. Before applying an electric forklift, first check the working condition of the electric forklift. If there is any abnormality, it is necessary to carry out maintenance to prevent accidental injury or damage to the embossed plate and ironing plate during the entire process of plate replacement.

　　6. During the entire process of board replacement, both the board replacement personnel and the actual equipment operators must be present on site. Throughout this process, attention should be paid to preventing scratches on the embossed plate. After replacing the plate, when it is confirmed that there are no scratches on the embossed plate throughout the entire process, the plate replacement personnel and equipment operators should sign the plate replacement record and indicate the replacement time (in minutes). If there are scratches, they should be reported immediately. If there is any concealment or non reporting of the situation, before the next application of the embossed board, other actual operators will detect scratches and conduct research on the board replacement personnel and previous application conditions.
