　　How to apply the composite embossing machine reasonably

　　1. Automatic control of cotton feeding

　　The principle of automatic cotton feeding control is to timely feed back the ginning current to the microcomputer based on the density of the seed cotton roll. After a series of data processing, the voltage signal is sent to the frequency converter, which controls the speed of the feeding motor and adjusts the feeding amount through frequency conversion speed regulation. The density of the seed cotton roll is high, and the pressure on the serrations is also high. At the same time, the fiber content in the seed cotton roll increases, which increases the hooking force of the serrations on the seed cotton roll, accelerates the movement of the seed cotton roll, and is conducive to improving yield. But when the density of cotton rolls is too high, their resistance to movement will greatly increase, which in turn hinders the operation of cotton rolls and is not conducive to increasing yield.

　　2. The extension of the saw blade in the work box

　　The extension of the saw blade refers to the length of the saw blade extension measured perpendicular to the surface of the rib arc, 100mm downwards from the working point of the embossing rib along the surface of the rib arc. The size of the saw blade extension during the embossing process directly affects the yield of embossing. Generally speaking, increasing the extension of the saw blade increases the effective working teeth of the saw blade in the working box, enhances the ability of the saw blade to hook and pull fibers, and helps to improve production.

　　3. Prevent severe friction

　　During the processing of seed cotton, friction between the movement of seed cotton and lint and processing equipment often leads to the formation of fibers and cotton knots. The working box of the saw toothed gin is prone to producing loose threads and cotton knots. Therefore, we should regularly inspect and ensure the smoothness of the saw blades (including serrations), ribs, and cotton roll boxes.
