Ultrasonic slitting machine is a paper processing equipment that cuts and rewinds wide roll paper into rolls of varying widths and diameters. Widely used in the paper processing industry or as mechanical equipment before and after printing.
1. The ultrasonic slitting machine adopts PLC and touch screen control, magnetic powder clutch tension control, and central winding method.
2. The host adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which can automatically measure meters, alarm and stop the machine. The tension numbers are all displayed on the touch screen.
3. The unwinding adopts photoelectric automatic correction (or ultrasonic correction) to correct the neat edges of the paper, so that irregular materials can be cut normally.
4. Round knife (or straight knife) longitudinal cutting, automatic waste edge discharge device.
5. Manual (or pneumatic) loading and unloading roller with cone sleeve type inflation shaft (3 "or 6").
6. The winding adopts A and B axes (inflation type).
