  Belt Tension Check: Check the tension of the belts in the machine's drive system. Incorrect belt tension can cause slippage, which reduces the efficiency of the machine and can lead to premature belt wear. Adjust the belt tension if necessary according to the manufacturer's guidelines.

  3. Monthly Maintenance

  Calibration of the Machine: Every month, it is advisable to calibrate the EVA embossing machine. This involves checking and adjusting the pressure, temperature, and speed settings to ensure they are accurate. Incorrect calibration can result in inconsistent embossing quality.
