　　Adjustment method of flower wheel for ultrasonic cotton embossing machine

　　1、 A4 paper can be placed in the pressure wheel and flower wheel, with the pressure adjusted to 1.5KG. The adjustment nut of the flower wheel cylinder should be unscrewed upwards without limit. Then adjust the speed buttons of the upper and lower molds to the 2nd position on the scale, adjust the output power to the 4th position, press the pressure wheel switch, step on the flower wheel pedal, and then step on the foot pedal. Wait for the flower wheel to complete at least one circle before releasing it. Step on the flower wheel pedal again to let the flower wheel rise, and press the pressure wheel switch to let the pressure wheel rise. Take out the white paper and check if the embossing is balanced.

　　2、 When the embossing is unbalanced, first loosen the locking screw of the eccentric wheel on the left cover plate of the mold frame, and then rotate the eccentric wheel (clockwise, the flower wheel moves upward; counterclockwise, vice versa, lock the eccentric wheel, repeat the above action until it is balanced.

　　3、 After adjusting the level of the flower wheel with A4 paper, please also lower the limit screw of the flower wheel cylinder adjustment nut to make the flower wheel just in contact with the steel mold. (Prevent the flower wheel from sliding down and colliding with the steel mold for wear)

　　4、 Adjust the pressure of the flower wheel according to the thickness of the sewing or rolling material. The pressure of thicker materials should be increased, and vice versa.

　　5、 According to the different materials that need to be melted, thickness, and the complexity of the flower wheel pattern, adjust the following three aspects comprehensively to achieve the ideal melting effect: 1. Flower wheel line speed; 2. Flower wheel pressure; 3. Ultrasound power level.
