　　2. For newly processed anilox rolls, the printing speed should not be too fast at the beginning, and the usage time should not be too long to avoid the generated ceramic powder being embedded between the scraper and the anilox roll, causing friction.

　　3. Strictly control the pressure of the scraper. If the pressure is too high, the contact surface between the blade and the mesh roller will also increase, which will damage the mesh roller.

　　4. Selecting high-quality scraper blades, imported scraper blades can reduce risks, while domestic blades are prone to notches in the blade edge during use.

　　5. Ensure the flatness and straightness of the scraper blade installation.

　　6. Ensure the use of high-quality paper and the dust removal effect on the surface of the paper.
