  After long-term production analysis, the hardness of chromium is an important factor affecting the durability of mirror rollers and ultra mirror rollers. Usually, it is determined by the thickness and hardness of the chromium layer, which is determined by years of experience in surface processing of roller tubes. Generally, it is difficult for customers to conduct a favorable analysis in this regard. For example, if the quality of the surface chromium layer is not hard enough, its surface will have a substantial impact on the production of PC, PP, PMMA, PET and other sheet metal products, which is an important factor causing roller tube durability.

  1. The manual cleaning method involves coating the cleaning agent on the surface of the mirror roller, and using a copper wire brush to clean the chrome plated metal mirror roller; The ceramic mirror roller must be cleaned with a steel wire brush. This type of cleaning method is relatively convenient and does not cause pollution, but if the cleaning is not thorough, it will affect the ink transfer effect. Generally suitable for mirror rollers with low mesh cables or mirror rollers that are not very dirty.

  2. Chemical cleaning method: Apply corrosive cleaning agent evenly to the surface of the super mirror roller. If necessary, wrap a layer of plastic products on the surface of the mirror roller to prevent liquid evaporation. Burn the mirror roller for 1-48 hours, wait for the cured ink to fully soften, and then use water or alcohol * * solution combined with manual cleaning method to clean the mirror roller. This type of cleaning method has a good cleaning effect, but it has a certain corrosive effect on the mirror roller and can cause environmental pollution.

  3. Ultrasonic cleaning method immerses the mirror roller in an ultrasonic cleaning pool filled with chemical cleaning solution. During cleaning, the mirror roller slowly rotates, and the frequency conversion device that can send high-frequency sound waves in the pool starts to work, causing the solution to vibrate and produce bubbles, causing inward movement. The ink is expelled from the mesh hole and flows away with the cleaning solution. The cleaning time is generally 15-45 minutes.
