1、 Adjust the air pressure. The pressure valve is located next to the pressure gauge of the embossing machine. Adjust the pressure according to the thickness or processing properties (embossing or seam) of the processed material. When processing thick materials or embossing, the air pressure should be higher; On the contrary, when using thin materials or stitching, the air pressure should be lower. Adjust the air pressure within the range of 25Kg/cm for some individuals.
2、 Embossing machine sound wave detection adjustment. Press the audio test switch. If the needle of the amplitude display rises sharply and exceeds 100, it indicates that the frequency is too far from the resonance point and the rotation of the audio adjustment must be adjusted. Visually inspect the amplitude display of the embossing machine, press the audio test search switch with your left hand, twist the audio adjustment rotation with your right hand, and adjust the pointer to the lowest point. If the embossing machine indicator does not decrease but rises during adjustment, it will rotate in the opposite direction. The mission point is when the amplitude meter indicator reading is within 50 and the ammeter target reading is below 0.6A. After adjusting the sound wave, the ultrasonic embossing machine manufacturer needs to tighten the butterfly nut. The adjustment method of the embossing machine has a long-term impact on the quality of forward embossing, so the adjustment of the embossing machine should be taken seriously.
