2. The operating voltage of the ultrasonic embossing machine equipment is AC380V, 50-60Hz. When the fluctuation of the operating voltage exceeds this range, it may cause the motor to burn out, and the rated power and torque of the motor to decrease.

3. Check if the ultrasonic amplitude gauge pointer of the ultrasonic embossing machine is below 50.

4. The ultrasonic generator in the oscillation box is sensitive to the input operating voltage, and it is necessary to modify the variable voltage regulator power supply in the case of large fluctuations in the operating voltage.
