It is also affected by other factors such as the intensity of sound waves, the temperature of the liquid medium, and the vapor pressure of the medium. The most appropriate ultrasonic frequency for inducing cavity effect is 20kHz ~ 80kHz. Too high a frequency is not easy to produce cavity effect, even if it is produced, it requires a lot of energy, and most of the energy is converted into heat energy, so that the temperature of the medium is significantly increased. The application of low-intensity ultrasound will not cause any state change in the medium, and only the application of high-intensity ultrasound may have a strong impact on the medium and cause cavity effect. For most chemical reactions, the reaction speed increases with the increase of sound intensity. However, the effect of ultrasonic intensity is greatly affected by the temperature of the medium.
