Ultrasonic embossing machine, also known as high-frequency embossing machine, leather embossing machine malfunction phenomenon: In a certain production workshop, there are two high-frequency embossing machines, neither of which can emboss plastic products and cannot produce them normally.
Working principle of ultrasonic embossing machine: The high-frequency embossing machine uses the principle of medium polarization through a high-frequency electric field for embossing.
The advantages are uniform heat, reliable adhesion, and no carbonization phenomenon, making it a commonly used sealing equipment.
1: Turn on the power, you can hear the low-frequency buzzing sound of the high-frequency embossing machine power transformer, touch the automatic micro switch, the solenoid valve can be closed, open the cover, and find that the electronic tube filament is slightly red, and the measured voltage is lower than normal. Based on the buzzing sound, it is possible that there is a short circuit in the load. Measure the high-voltage rectifier circuit, and two high-voltage rectifier silicon particles have broken through. Use two silicon particles with a voltage resistance of 20KV, replace them, and the embossing production can be normal, that is, troubleshooting.
2: Turn on the machine, the power light is on, and the embossing solenoid valve can be engaged but not embossed.
The high-voltage rectification circuit was opened and tested to be normal. There was no problem with the filtering inductance, and the brightness of the electronic tube filament was normal. The fault was concentrated on the resistance capacitance oscillation circuit. When the power was cut off, the gate resistance was measured to be normal. Two high-voltage oscillation capacitors were measured, and leakage occurred. Therefore, the oscillation conditions were damaged, and the capacitor was broken down, unable to generate a high-frequency electric field. After replacing the withstand voltage capacitor, the high-frequency embossing machine was able to emboss normally.
