　　1. Preparation work

　　(1) Insert the output cable and motor control cable plugs into the ultrasonic generator output socket and motor cable socket, respectively.

　　(2) Simply connect the power cable of the ultrasonic generator to a 220V power supply.

　　2. Ultrasonic inspection before manipulation

　　(1) Press the "Test" button, and if the ammeter does not exceed 2A and can emit ultrasonic waves normally, it indicates that the machine is functioning normally.

　　(2) Step down on the control board foot and ensure that the motor is rolling correctly (at this time, the pressure wheel and flower wheel must be in the raised position).

　　(3) Based on the material and thickness of the fabric, select the appropriate flower wheel speed and vibrator speed (adjustable flower wheel speed knob and vibrator speed knob).

　　(4) Place the fabric between the film and paper tape, and press down the flower wheel and pressure wheel.

　　(5) Press the control pedal again to perform the operation.
