　　(1) The parallelism between the flat surface of the mold head and the flower wheel needs to be checked regularly. Generally, it is requested that their parallelism be less than 0.02mm. If it exceeds this specification, it must be adjusted

　　(2) If the working surface of the mold head shows wear and dents, resulting in poor fabric melting during operation, the mold head must be removed, the working surface must be ground flat, and then installed for operation

　　Attention: If the mold head is uneven, it can be ground several times, but the accumulated amount of grinding should not exceed 2mm. Otherwise, the mold head will be scrapped due to changes in working frequency and the disappearance of the hardened layer on the surface

　　(3) Inspection of frequency matching between the mold head and the ultrasonic generator assembly:

　　Attention: Before starting work every day, this item should be checked first. The method is to turn on the power switch and then reverse the experimental switch board towards the direction of "ultrasonic experiment". If there is one of the following phenomena, the frequency should be corrected:

　　A、 Lightly touch the working surface of the mold head with your hand to feel the small amplitude of ultrasonic waves

　　B、 There is abnormal noise generated

　　C、 Abnormal overheating of the mold head

　　D、 The oscillation amplitude of the ammeter on the panel of the trigger assembly is too large

　　When adjusting the method, use a screwdriver with a "one" head on the panel's tuner to fine tune the correction frequency step by step (normal clockwise and counterclockwise adjustment does not exceed 45o) until the ammeter pointer swings slightly and the above phenomenon disappears.

　　If it still cannot work after calibration, do not step on the foot switch and cut off the power to stop working, otherwise it will damage the equipment.
