Several commonly used roller maintenance methods

　　① Use special cleaning solution. There are many kinds of special cleaning liquid on the market, they can make the dry ink at the bottom of the net hole to re-wet, and carry out deep cleaning, cleaning effect is better;

　　② Ultrasonic cleaning method. The roller is immersed in a tank of an ultrasonic cleaning system filled with chemical cleaning solution. The frequency conversion device in the tank sends high-frequency sound waves to break the dry ink in the mesh hole and flow away with the cleaning solution. The use of ultrasonic cleaning must pay attention to: too long cleaning time will lead to the destruction of the network. The higher the number of lines, the shorter the cleaning time;

　　③ Low pressure jet cleaning method. Using soda powder or plastic beads as cleaning powder, spray wash the mesh roller at low pressure, you can thoroughly clean the dry ink in the mesh hole, but pay attention to the injection pressure should not be too high (generally not more than 0.1MPa), otherwise it may make the ceramic layer of the ceramic mesh roller fall off from the mesh roller body;

　　④ Other methods: dry ice cleaning method, chemical solvent soaking method, etc.
