  Analyze and solve the problem of Angle embossing machine:

  1. The influence of the front pass and the back pass on the bag wave is greater than that of the middle pass, especially the back pass. Thin plates are more prone to side waves than thick plates, and wide and narrow plates are more prone to side waves. To reduce or remove the wave of the edge, note that in the early stages of design, the side width of the section is too large and the design is made with reference to the ratio of the side width of the section to the thickness of the plate being close to or less than 40. The bending Angle can be specified by reference to the empirical formula. If side waves are encountered during rolling, partial tool paths can be added as needed to reduce or remove them.

  3, the following road sequence has a great impact on the longitudinal bending, in the same section and roll configuration, thick plate is easier to form longitudinal bending than thin plate. To reduce or remove longitudinal bending, design the correct distribution of deformation. In addition, please do not deform the back too much. The vertical bending can be reduced by bending forward, increasing the line, using a straightener, changing the frame spacing, using rolling and adjusting the rolling spacing.
