There are also some techniques for regular maintenance of ultrasonic shearing machines, such as checking for damage and cleaning twice a week. Below are two common maintenance methods.

  1、 Maintenance work before starting up:

  1. Check the air pressure. Before using the machine, check the total air pressure and Y-rail air pressure to ensure that the total air pressure is below 0.5MPa and the Y-rail air pressure is below 0.1MPa in order for the cylinder to operate normally.

  2. Check the toothed belt. Check if the toothed belt at the machine head can move freely and if there are any signs of cracks or wear. If it is found that the toothed belt has some delay during the pushing process, it is confirmed that the bearing is now damaged. It is necessary to immediately replace the bearing to avoid affecting normal operation.

  3. Grinding stone circular belt inspection. To check if the circular belt of the grinding stone can roll smoothly, please apply a small amount of lubricating oil to the belt before starting the ultrasonic shearing machine. If there is too much, it will not be good enough, which can easily cause slipping. It is appropriate.

  2、 Maintenance work after startup:

  After using the machine every day, the maintenance task that needs to be done is to clean the ultrasonic shearing machine, which is a very important task. Many merchants have overlooked these details and questions, so we urge them to pay more attention in the future. Specifically, which parts need to be cleaned are as follows: (Use air to clean, to make it safer)

  1. The guide rails in the X and Y directions can be cleaned by air around the periphery and inside the machine head.

  2. Clean the cutterhead. The cutterhead is usually sharp and can be cleaned with air to prevent debris and debris from blocking the grinding wheels inside the cutterhead.

  3. Clean the dust from the electrical control box. Please pay attention to powering off the power during cleaning to prevent short circuits in electrical materials.

  4. Clean up the corner that many merchants have forgotten about the appearance of the bristles. After cleaning, it can prevent debris from being carried into the rack during the rolling process of the bristles.
