　　1： Do not automatically strip out

　　When encountering this situation, first check if the "strip length adjustment" is at position 0, and then check if the strip is correct. If the LS5 contact fails to touch the cam in the return to 0 state, adjust it inward. Additionally, foreign objects may get stuck near the belt feeding roller, which can also cause this situation.

　　2： Poor adhesion effect

　　1. If the temperature is too high or not enough, sometimes special tapes have poor adhesion, and the temperature must be very accurate.

　　2. Insufficient voltage is used, and many factories often have insufficient voltage. If extended wires or cables are used again, it will cause voltage drop, lower the originally adjusted temperature, and even burn out when the motor is tied tightly. Therefore, it is best to avoid using cables. If extended cables are necessary, they must be connected with thicker and not too long wires.

　　3. If the 635 bearing below the middle knife is broken, it will be heated and completely unable to bond.

　　4. The long spring on the electric heating strange hand (swing rod) is tired, which prevents the strange hand from being pulled into place, resulting in half or even less adhesion

　　5. If the electric heating steel sheet is too high or too low, or deviates to the left or right, and encounters the upper or lower packaging belt, or the left or right cutting tools, and cannot enter for heating, it must be adjusted according to the situation.

　　6. The exhaust fan has malfunctioned, causing the temperature to be too high.

　　3： When the tape is stuck between the rollers or blocked by foreign objects that cannot be removed, please refer to the following handling method:

　　1. Remove the backing roll of the hex nut from part 1.

　　2. Loosen the two M5 countersunk screws on the middle connecting shaft. As these two screws are fixed in the gap of the connecting shaft, it is necessary to turn the screws up a bit.

　　3. Remove the connecting shaft, pick up the upper turbine, and remove the stuck object.

　　4. Assemble and restore according to the above method 3-2-1.
