After the embossing machine is powered on, the handle is placed in a vertical position, the oil return port is closed, and the motor start button of the embossing machine is pressed, The embossing machine will enter a shutdown and pressure maintaining state, reaching the vulcanization time to lower the plunger and open the mold.

If the temperature of the embossing machine is lower than the set value, the plate will automatically heat up and maintain the temperature at the set value. During the vulcanization of the embossing machine, press the motor start button to power on the AC contactor, and the oil pump will start working, If the embossing machine also presses to the set value, the AC contactor will disconnect.
