　　1. Check if the machine equipment is running normally, including cylinder air pressure, wheels, guide wheels, etc. If there are any abnormal times, report to the superior leadership and promptly report to the engineering department for repair.

　　2. The colorist matches the appropriate slurry and pigments according to the production order and "process records". Order production should strictly follow the "one kilogram color matching method" for blending. The ingredients are about 10kg-15kg, and the colored slurry is about 5kg-8kg. It should not be too much to avoid waste.

　　3. Choose the appropriate roller model according to the production order. After replacing the plate roller, clean it with DMF or MEK and wipe it clean with a clean cloth.

　　4. Check if the oven is clean and adjust the temperature of the materials to start heating.

　　5. The captain shall arrange personnel to lift and connect the traction materials, and the connection of the traction materials must be firm.

　　6. Adjust the pressure or clearance of the silicone pressure roller.

　　7. Start formal production, observe the effect of material production, and slowly increase or accelerate until the product reaches the desired effect and production efficiency is satisfactory.
