　　Embossing machine operating procedures

　　1. Cut the steel strand, flush the end, remove the flash burr, and do not split the strand.

　　2. Pull the handle of the wire embossed machine, move the tool clip, separate the two pieces, and make the wire pass through.

　　3. Pass the steel strand through the tool clip and insert it into the hole in the indenter.

　　4. Pull the lever, move the tool clip, close the two valves, and initially clamp the steel strand.

　　5. Start the oil pump, the pressure head moves, the steel strand is pressed into a pear-shaped head, the oil pressure is reduced to zero, and the embowel is completed.

　　6. The return cylinder is fed, the piston is reset, and the indenter is moved back.

　　7. Pull the lever, move the tool clip, and take out the steel strand with pear head.
