　　To ensure the surface pattern of the embossing roller, it is usually necessary to carry out cleaning treatment on the embossing roller, such as pickling to remove rust, and using organic matter to remove oil to ensure that its surface is clean and pollution-free. Mechanical sandblasting is usually one of the most effective ways to improve it. The surface roughness of the embossing roller is increased by sandblasting, the surface area of the bonding interface is increased several times or even tens of times, and the binding force between the surface pattern and the embossing roller is improved accordingly. The surface roughness caused by sandblasting will increase the bonding strength of the embossing roller surface.

　　Also, the embossing roller should be kept dry to prevent rust again. Especially in summer, the moisture in the air will form a layer of water film on the surface of the treated roller, which will cause the embossing roller to rust. Usually the maintenance of the embossing roller is also very important, especially the surface pattern, should pay attention to timely cleaning, to prevent dirt blocking lines, cleaning, pay attention to the use of specific tools, do not use brute force, be careful to carefully clean in accordance with the direction of the pattern.
