Whether the bonding of the packaging belt meets the requirements, in addition to the reasonable use of the packaging machine, mainly depends on the control of the production process of the packaging belt. In order to increase the contact area between the two belts during hot melting, the machine used packaging belt should use a finer diamond embossed pattern. The amount of APP filler added directly affects the overlap tension. If there are a large number of apps, it is not as strong as the lap tensile force of pure PP after hot melting. The appropriate amount of apps should be around 10%.
