　　Machine packaging tape is a packaging material that has emerged with the emergence of semi-automatic and fully automatic packaging machines. The addition of APP masterbatch plays a role in plasticizing, and packaging tape is one of the indispensable packaging materials in the packaging industry. The quality of the packaging belt directly affects the appearance of the product packaging.

The effect of increasing elasticity and moisture makes it easier for PP polymers to align and orient during the stretching process, which can improve the tensile strength and other physical and mechanical properties of the wrapping belt. Therefore, it is important to add an appropriate amount of APP in PP, usually accounting for 10%. This improves the production process conditions of the packaging belt (temperature during operation, extrusion speed) and also improves product quality.

　　Using a packaging tape for the packaging machine, the joints of the manual packaging tape are inserted with iron clips and forcibly pressed with pliers, while the machine packaging tape relies on hot melt bonding of two joints, which directly affects the quality of the packaging. Lap tension refers to the maximum tensile force that can be withstood when the strap breaks, typically reaching 80-150KG.

　　The normal working temperature of the mechanical packaging machine is between 90 and 220 degrees Celsius. Whether the bonding of the packaging belt meets the requirements, in addition to the reasonable use of the packaging machine, mainly depends on the control of the production process of the packaging belt. In order to increase the contact area between the two belts during hot melting, the machine used packaging belt should use a finer diamond embossed pattern. The amount of APP filler added directly affects the overlap tension. If there are a large number of apps, it is not as strong as the lap tensile force of pure PP after hot melting. The appropriate amount of apps should be around 10%.
