　　The ignition problem of leather embossing machines has always been a major problem in this industry. If you are not careful in production, it can cause ignition, ranging from burning out products or packaging materials to burning out gaps in the mold. The consequences are to immediately stop production, and then notify the supplier to send maintenance personnel to repair the mold, which will have a significant impact on the company's shipping time.

　　To avoid this issue as much as possible, our factory has summarized the following precautions:

　　1. Do not directly contact the upper and lower electrodes when placing them at high frequencies;

　　2. The upper and lower molds must be leveled;

　　3. The parts that come into contact with the upper and lower molds should be free of dust and debris;

　　4. Regularly clean the dust from the oscillation bucket and ensure that the machine operates in a clean and ventilated condition;

　　5. Once there is a phenomenon of sparking, please clean the upper and lower molds in a timely manner. The blackened parts must be cleaned thoroughly (using water or alcohol to clean)
