The manufacturing process of nylon rollers in embossing machines

　　At present, the nylon rollers used in the market generally include nylon sleeves and roller bodies. The nylon sleeves are directly fixed on the roller body, and the roller surface is parallel to the nylon sleeve surface. They are now commonly used in various textile fabrics, synthetic fabrics, special coated fabrics, special paper, double-layer or multi-layer calendered films, artificial leather and aluminum foil, and other products in the rolling, embossing and other processing processes. So how is the rubber roller made? Firstly, the processing of the roller core (or roller shaft) is carried out by cutting the solid steel shaft into appropriate sizes, turning it onto a lathe to produce a blank, welding, reinforcing, and straightening it, and then processing it on a lathe to produce the prototype of the roller core. Then, according to different requirements, a sleeve is placed outside the roller core prototype or directly injected into the mold, so that the basic shape of a nylon roller has been formed. Next, the nylon roller body after injection molding or casing needs to be finely machined on the machine tool according to the dimensions required by the drawings, and subsequent processing should be carried out according to different process requirements, such as fine grinding of the encapsulated roller core and making different keyways or interfaces for the shaft head. Use CNC punching equipment to punch the completed brush rollers, with the depth and density of the holes set according to different requirements. Generally, it is necessary to undergo dynamic balance testing to ensure that the brush roller installation can be completely in place according to the drawings. After completing the processing of the brush roller body and the adhesive part, the next step is to inspect and package the rollers. Firstly, the rollers are subjected to a physical examination. If there are any leaks, they are returned to the workshop for rework, and the tension is tested. After all inspection indicators are qualified, they are packed into wooden boxes and shipped out of the factory.
