Usage of High Frequency Fusion Welding Machine

  There are a total of nine steps to use a high-frequency welding machine, which need to be operated in sequence

  Method/Steps

  First connect the air source:

  Turn up the gas regulating valve knob and adjust the air pressure to within the range of 4-7Kg.

  Check the switches on the panel of the high-frequency fusion splicer:

  Set the high-frequency switch to the "off" position, manually/automatically select the "manual" position, and turn the power switch to the "off" position. Close the air switch of the power inlet and the main power switch on the side of the machine, and hear the sound of the fan rotating inside the machine. Turn on the power switch on the panel and observe that the power indicator light (green) is on, and the voltmeter indicates around 220V.

  Upward button adjustment:

  Press the red upward button on the mobile panel of the high-frequency welding machine to raise the upper template to the highest position. Push a push plate into the working position, and the magnet on the side of the push plate will attract the support plate, positioning the push plate.

  Installation of upper mold:

  Install the upper mold of the high-frequency fusion splicer on the upper template and the lower mold on the turntable.

  Install the base note mold of the upper mold:

  Press the green descent button on the panel to lower the upper mold to a position close to the lower mold. Rotate the suspension screws at both ends of the upper mold lifting plate to adjust the left and right balance of the upper mold. Rotate the four corner handle screws on the upper mold lifting plate to adjust the balance of the four corners of the upper mold. After adjusting the balance, tighten each adjustment screw. Move the position of the lower mold on the turntable, align it with the upper mold, and after adjustment, tighten the pipe position screws on both sides. Use the same method to adjust the position of another lower mold on the turntable.

  Waiting for high frequency mold preheating and temperature controller:

  The upper mold lifting plate is equipped with heating devices and temperature controllers. When preheating is required according to the product situation, it is necessary to open the temperature controller and adjust the knob to set the temperature about 20 minutes before production. At this point, the red indicator light on the temperature controller is on. Once the temperature reaches the desired level, the indicator light will turn off and production can begin. The preheating temperature should be determined based on the material and thickness of the fused material. Generally, PVC materials are preheated at around 120 ℃, and PET materials are preheated at around 80 ℃. Mold preheating can accelerate production speed and increase output.

  Place the fusion joint product into:

  Place the lower half of the blister cover into the lower mold, place the packaged object, align the upper half of the blister cover with the lower blister cover, rotate the turntable to position the lower mold in the working area, press the descent button to lower the pressure of the upper mold and hold the blister cover. Then install the grounding aluminum plate with a brass ring on the grounding bracket (note: the brass ring must be in reliable contact with the push plate). Rotate the synchronizer knob in front of the machine clockwise to point the pointer to the zero position. Set the descent delay time to about 1.5 seconds, the fusion time to 10 seconds, the shaping time to about 1.5 seconds, and the rise time to about 1 second. First, place the high cycle switch in the "off" position, then turn the automatic/manual selection switch to the "automatic" position, and the machine enters an automatic working process. After a delay of 1.5 seconds, the welding time starts. Slowly adjust the synchronizer to rotate the pointer in a large direction, observe the ammeter pointer slowly rising, and observe the fused vacuum cover. When the welding is completed, press the red stop/rise button, and the machine immediately stops welding, and the upper mold rises to the highest position. At this point, turn the automatic/manual selection switch back to the "manual" position, push the push plate to remove the lower mold from the working area, and take out the materials to inspect the packaging fusion effect. According to the actual situation, reset the welding time (usually around 2-4 seconds), perform another pressure test according to the previous method, increase the welding current appropriately, so that the machine can weld the parts well within the set welding time.

  After the fusion time is completed, the cooling and setting time (set according to the situation) is entered. After the setting time is completed, the upper mold rises, and the height of the rise is determined by the set rise time. After multiple pressure tests and adjustments to meet the requirements, the automatic/manual selection switch can be placed in the "automatic" position for normal production. During normal production, it is necessary to adjust the descent time and ensure that the upper mold descends and presses the parts tightly within the descent time. It should not be too long and waste time. Attention: Before each production, the machine must be powered on and the electronic tube must be preheated for 15 minutes before production can begin.

  High frequency machine protection action and emergency stop switch:

  Whether in the process of pressure testing or normal production fusion, if the mold ignites or the current exceeds the allowable value of the machine, the machine will immediately automatically stop the fusion process to protect the mold, parts, and valuable parts of the machine. When there is an abnormality during the welding process, you can immediately press the red emergency stop button, and the machine will immediately stop the welding process.

  After the shutdown of the high-frequency welding machine:

  When shutting down, first turn off the power switch on the panel, and wait for the cooling fan to continue working for 5 minutes before turning off the power switch.
