3. Cleaning medium: Ultrasonic cleaning is used. There are two types of cleaning agents: chemical solvents and water-based cleaning agents. The chemical action of the cleaning medium and the physical action of ultrasonic cleaning are separate, thus stopping the complete cleaning of the object.
4. Cleaning temperature: Generally speaking, ultrasonic embossing machines have better spatial and temporal effects between 30 ℃ and 40 ℃. Cleaning agents, the higher the temperature, the better, and the more obvious the infection. During the actual operation of ultrasonic cleaning, the task temperature is set at 40 ℃ -60 ℃.
5. Workpiece placement method: If the workpiece of the ultrasonic embossing machine slowly swings up and down in the cleaning tank, the better the cleaning effect, the more average and complete the cleaning.
